The filing charge for all Civil Cases in Magistrate Court (including small claims, garnishments, and evictions) is $60.50

This site generates the forms for new filings for Small Claims and Evictions.

Forms for Garnishment filings are not generated automatically, and have to be downloaded , completed and then uploaded during filing.
