ELECTRONIC FILING IN Cobb County
Magistrate Court USING eFLEX*
In order to electronically file
using this system, you must be a registered user. In order to become a
registered user of the electronic filing system you must be either a) an
attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia
or b) or otherwise self represented party to the case. You must request
an account at https://efile.cobbcounty.org.

eFlex will permit you to file a
new case or to file within an existing case. In order to add to an existing
case you must provide the case number and the last name of one of the
parties on the case. During the first phase of the pilot project you may
only file Civil Small Claims, Dispossessory, and Garnishment cases in Magistrate
Court.
Your filing fees can be paid on
eFlex. The electronic filing system allows online payment of these fees
through the Lexis Nexis. Payment may be submitted using Visa or MasterCard credit/debit cards and Discover credit cards. A $4.00 service fee will be assessed for
credit and debit card payment.
