Electronic Filing Support and Contact Information
User Account Registration Procedure
Attorneys and Pro Se (civilian) filers must request an account online and “Accept” the Electronic Filing User Agreement at https://efile.cobbcounty.org/ to begin electronic filing.
User Name and Password Assistance Information
In the event you forget your user name, use the “Forgot Your User Name?” link from the home screen. This will allow you to enter your primary email address associated with the user name. An email will be sent listing the corresponding user name for you to log in to the electronic filing system.
In the event you forget your password, use the “Forgot Your Password?” link from the home screen. This will allow you to enter your user name. An email will be sent to the primary email address associated with that user name allowing the user to login with a temporary password.
*Please note that user accounts are locked after 5 failed attempts. In order to regain access to your eFiling account you will need to either wait 30 minutes and login successfully or contact the Help Desk for assistance.
Filing Assistance
Filers who have specific questions regarding filing status, document requirements, rejected documents, or other issues specific to a filing should contact the Magistrate Court Division in which the electronic filing was submitted; i.e. Civil Division for Small Claims and Dispossessory and Accounting Division for Garnishments.
Payment Assistance
Payment may be submitted using Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
Filers needing payment information regarding statutory fees should contact the Magistrate Court or review the fees page.
Filers needing assistance with disputing a charge to a credit card, should contact the Magistrate Court Accounting Division directly at:
